Refund & Return Policy
Returns
At Cat Hub Supply, we want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned after 14 days
- Products not in original condition or packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will review the issue and offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement product
- Partial refund
- Full refund if necessary
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
